Pure Art BJJ Head Instructor Adam Sparrow recently became British Champion after winning Gold at the BJJ British Open 2019!

Adam won 3 fights in the Gi in a row to take Gold at the event. Winning one match via submission, executing a bow and arrow choke with a standing finish in the semi-final and winning the other two matches via points to take first place at the top of the podium.
