Passionate about Jiu-Jitsu from first sight, I've been striving to develop my understanding and ability to the highest levels possible ever since, searching out the most effective and authentic knowledge available and travelling to train with and learn from many world champions and respected legends of the art.
I study and teach the art as a whole, emphasizing both self defence and competition aspects.
I love teaching and continuously strive to be the best at it that I can be!
As well as BJJ, I train regularly in Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo and Self Defence / Self Protection as well as Calisthenics, Yoga and Weight Training. And have trained in Kickboxing, MMA, Wrestling, Kung Fu, Karate, and Japanese Jiu-Jitsu.
